Mushroom Collection

My mushroom work has won several awards, among them a second place in Landscape Photographer of the Year and the portfolio award at Lowlands Photographer of the Year 2025, won with this mushroom portfolio.

My signature mushroom shots are about both sides of them: the close up beauty of the mushroom itself, and the way they grow in the forest around them. I look for the most magical conditions I can find, fog and rays of light between the trees. No artificial light is used in any of these photographs. Everything you see is natural light.
